Hastings Humans Wins 19th Consecutive Customer Service Award

On June 23, 2016, Hastings Humans was awarded its 19th consecutive Association of Teleservices International Award of Excellence.

Our continued recognition by ATSI shows that we’re still living out those values 68 years on.”
The award is determined by an independent panel of six judges who use mystery calls to evaluate communication service providers in the categories of response time, courtesy, accuracy, knowledge of the account and the judge’s overall impression of the call.
The ATSI Award of Excellence is the most prestigious award in the field of telephone customer service and, with its 19th win, Hastings Humans is one of only four communication firms in the entire world to win the award 19 times.
